Terms and Conditions – #TimeToSKnow Quiz Contest

1. The #TimeToSKnow Contest is organized by Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre (Sri Kota) and is open to ALL residents of Malaysia aged 18 years and above except for the following:

a. Permanent and/or temporary staff or employees of Sri Kota

2. The Contest will run from 03/08/2021 to 31/01/2022.

3. The organizer shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to vary, postpone, reschedule, and/or extend the Contest Period, and/or cancel/terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.

4. The #TimeToSKnow Quiz Contest will be held on Sri Kota’s official Facebook page and Instagram account every two (2) weeks. There will be two (2) winners chosen per round.

5. Winners will be announced on the Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre (Sri Kota) Facebook page and Instagram account.

6. Once the winners are announced, they are required to send a private message to the Sri Kota Facebook page with their particulars (full name, address and contact number) for prize redemption details.

7. Entries that do not fulfil the specified requirements will not be considered.

8. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other deals or goods or credit of any kind. We reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with alternative prizes of similar value at any time without prior notice.

9. All contest participations are judged with no discrimination towards gender, race and age. All decisions are final.

10. Once the prizes are sent for delivery to the winners, Sri Kota is not liable for any damages, loss or theft of the prizes during delivery.

11. Sri Kota reserves the right to change Terms & Conditions without further notice.

12. The winner will be selected by Sri Kota. The decision will be final and no communication in this regard shall be entertained by Sri Kota.

By participating in this Contest, participants release the consent to Sri Kota to process the participants /winner’s data provided for purposes of the Contest including and without limitation to use on the company’s fan page, Facebook, and Website for other promotional purposes.
