Preparing Your Visit
General Instructions
- Do not eat or drink anything except plain water for at least 10 hours prior to check up. In the case of Upper Gastrointestinal X-ray or endoscopy, please remain fasting.
- If there is a request, clients will be referred to Consultants.
- Please bring along your ID card or passport and arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.
- If you have a pre-existing medical condition, please bring along any test results or reports to be reviewed by the doctor.
If you are scheduled for a stress test :
- Please bring along your jogging shoes and sports attire.
- If you need to eat before the stress test, then have a light snack but avoid fatty food and stimulants such as caffeine or alcohol.
- If you are under treatment for any medical or physical condition, please notify the nurse in advance.
- If you have a history of chest pain and breathing difficulty, please notify the nurse at the Wellness Centre in advance.
Instruction for Abdominal Ultrasound & Pelvic Ultrasound
Drink plenty of water before the ultrasound examination. The test requires a full bladder for the best results. Do not void prior to the ultrasound examination.
Vaccine Center
This centre offers adult preventable disease vaccines for targeted adults based on factors such as travellers, occupation related, age and medical history. Creating an awareness is our passion and we believed that prevention is better than cure, with the aim in closing the gap on adult vaccinations for a more quality healthcare.
